It happens the accident multiply the Overhead Transmission Insulator as increasing Overhead Transmission with  industry scale expansion.

So advanced nation studies the accident cause and countermeasure for decreasing the accident overhead transmission, also utilize to manufacture the high-quality overhead transmission insulator. In the domestic, it has much interesting in using power transmission Polymer insulator.

It weighs against the character of insulator at home and abroad through inspecting about using field of overhead transmission  in the KERI  GOCHANG test center.

T.Y. TECH was established in 1977 and developed the Polymer Line Post Insulator in the first of the world with an experience and technique piled with glass fiber product and we have received recognition of the new excellent prodect (NEP) as a superior quality on the economical and insulating qualities.

T.Y TECH has developed the polymer line post insulators, polymer bow stretch flanges, polymer bushing terminals for the pole transformer, polymer spacers between phase and phase for the electric power supply, suspension insulators for subway road, polymer insulator for overhead transmission lines etc., and delivered KEPCO and Urban traffic public corporation with these products.

T.Y TECH has delivered 154kV and 345kV Polymer Phase to Phase Spacer of polymer insulator to KEPCO, also 154kV Polymer Arm Insulator inclusion.

Metal arm is Polymer Arm insulator to alternate the Porcelain insulator, it has advantages to reduct the transport and install cost ,and rapid establishment as simplification, light weight.

It is decreasing greatly mechanical load of Transmission tower up part as construction work Polymer Arm Insulator.
